[Product name] Umbilical Belt

[Primary Structure] The Umbilical Belt consists of two parts, the outer belt and the inner cushion. The outer belt is sewed with loop-pile cloth (outer layer), knitted cotton cloth (inner layer) and velcro; the inner cushion is sewed by chitosan fiber cloth and absorbent pad (bamboo charcoal artificial fiber).; the attachment is made of non-absorbent surgical thread pierced latex tubing, cotton swabs and gauze piece by sealed package.

[Performance] The Umbilical Belt can bind up the umbilicus, keep dry of the umbilicus accelerate the natural shedding of the cord. Apart from that, it can also prevent umbilicus from infection, promote the healing of the umbilicus, accelerate the excretion of meconium as well as reduce the rate of jaundice in newborns.

8. BioActice Umbilical Belt

[The scope of application] This product can be used by medical institutions or individuals to prevent the umbilical infection of the newborns.

[Instructions] After cutting the umbilical cord, place a umbilical belt on the middle of the umbilicus of the newborns, then fix it by attaching the Velcro. Replace a new belt every 24 hours (or less). Normally the wound will be healed in 6-8 days without infection.

[Taboos] Product package that is damaged, damped or contaminated should be disposed immediately. [Note]  1.Replace a new belt once its wet or contaminated.

        2.Attention should be paid to keep the environment aseptic while using or replacing the belt.

        3. This product is sterilized by irradiation, dispose after using.

        4. If skin allergies and other abnormal reactions appeared, dispose the belt immediately

[Storage] The product should be stored in a dry (relative humidity less than 80%), and temperature controlled at 15-30 ℃ (59-86 ℉) storage room. The product shall not be stored with poisonous, harmful or odorous items.

[Sterilization] Irradiation sterilization is valid for 30 months.
